Your screenshot is parsed in memory and discarded

That's the headline because it's the thing you'd most want to know. The rest of this page is the full list — what we store, what we never store, and how to have anything removed. It's short, because we don't collect much.

What we store when you log an update

• Your robot's ID, obfuscated (we show it like Luba-VA••••ZX) — it stops duplicate submissions without needing accounts
• The model and firmware version
• Your verdict — flawless, glitchy or bricked — and any issues you tag
• Optional yard context if you choose to give it: tree canopy, positioning mode, rough lawn size

What we never store

• The screenshot itself.It's parsed in memory, the fields above are extracted, and the image is discarded. It never touches disk or storage.
• Your mower's nickname.The Device Name field is never read — the parser doesn't ask for it, so it can't be captured even by accident.
• Names, email addresses (unless you subscribe to alerts), or accounts of any kind
• IP addresses, beyond a short-lived hash used for rate limiting abuse

No cookies, no accounts

There are no accounts and no passwords. Analytics are cookieless (no cookies, no local storage, no fingerprinting) — which is why there's no cookie banner: there's nothing to consent to.

Legal basis and hosting

Anonymous reports are processed on the basis of legitimate interest — helping owners make informed update decisions. Email alerts, if you sign up, are explicit consent and nothing else. Data is hosted in the EU (Frankfurt).

Deletion

Email privacy@mammostats.comand we'll remove your data. Community-sourced excerpts carry a link to the original public post, so if one of them is yours, it's trivial for us to find and remove — just send the link.
